Combining the Four Elements of Success and Path Coaching results in a powerful recipe for establishing and maintaining a culture of people who know how to see every challenge and every opportunity with fresh eyes. Elemental Coaching is the final step of the Four Elements Team Communication System. Building on the International Coaching Federation 'Core Competencies' of coaching, we use the Four Elements of Success and Path Coaching to build an internal base for your team to grow elementally. Taking the Four Elements through the team session, the strategy session and the coaching session will provide a cultural framework for how teams build relationships and get results.

Path Coaches are trained ‘Elementally’ in order to bring teams to the place where they experience a deep sense of accomplishment for the work they are achieving together. This approach emerges as our coaches take the ‘Elemental DNA’ of the team and walk out the renewed levels of Focus, Balance, Productivity and Fulfillment. Each member of the team begins to realize their ‘Core Essential Elemental’ nature is necessary for both results and relationships in communication.

We can coach your staff or team on how to move towards Focus (Fire), Balance (Water), Productivity (Earth), Fulfillment (Wind). We can work with your internal coaches to develop ‘Core Essential Elemental Teams.’ We can train members of your team to become a Path Coach and Elemental Leader.
