The Introduction to Path Coaching is the first step towards coaching. It provides a look at the Five Essential Skills of Coaching, The Path Elements Profile and The Path Mission Process. Path Leaders, Elemental Leaders and Path Coaches provide the instruction for this series of classes so that you get a broad overview of our three-course diet from a 15,000 feet level. This does two things:
- It allows you to jump into the coaching stream with other coaches, trainers and consultants who want to learn more about coaching and add some of the skills to their services.
- It allows you to apply a percentage of your course registration towards Professional Coach Certification if you feel that moving into the Professional Coach track is your next step.
