What is The Path Train-The-Trainer?



The Path Licensed Member Training was developed as a result of Laurie Beth Jones’ book, The Path: Creating Your Mission Statement for Work & For Life. As Laurie Beth conducted workshops based on the principles in The Path, remarkable results were seen. Adults from all walks of life began to awaken to a new sense of destiny. We soon realized one person could not get this message out to everyone that needed it. Laurie Beth needed a team of people as excited about this message and its results as she was. Now, we have a growing team of people around the world getting THE PATH message out!


The Path process is a unique blend of exploring, discovering, developing and honing natural skills, talents and personal history into a mission and vision for their life. The great thing is that this process need not take weeks or months. In 7-8 hours, someone can evaluate their skills, their values, their desires and write their mission and vision statement.



If you desire to help people discover who they are, their core value, and create a vision for their work and life, then being a Licensed Path Trainer is for you. You can use The Path as part of your coaching practice, as a stand-alone workshop, for individuals, families, or teams. Using The Path, you will influence people to live meaningful lives who in turn, impact the world one mission at a time.
