Spiritreneur is a word I coined a few years ago as I looked around at the people who were passionately doing work they loved, trying a new business venture or testing a new idea. They were not necessarily MBA trained 'entrepreneurs'. There was something different about their approach. As I did more research and interviews and had first-hand conversations with them, I noticed the common traits among them. Here's how the word 'Spiritreneur' was defined and created. A Spiritreneur is someone who can answer 'yes' to the following 3 statements:
- I am doing work that honors God.
- I am doing work that honors myself, my gifts and may talents.
- I am making a living full-time doing what I love.
