Welcome Newly Licensed Path Member Susan Harvey - Path Leader

Welcome Susan L. Harvey - newly licensed Path Leader! Susan's personal mission is to live a healed life; and to promote, inspire, and support the journey of inner healing and fulfilled purpose in others. She has an extensive background in human resources leadership, working in higher education, nonprofit, and corporate settings. She has broad experience designing, managing, and implementing human resources, education and training, and administrative programs and functions. She currently provides training and career and personal mission coaching in a number of venues. She has run her own training company and women’s organization. Her strong community involvement includes work with the Urban League of the Pikes Peak Region; University of Colorado, Colorado Springs Black Student Union; and the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources. Susan has a Master’s degree in Teaching & Learning, and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Adult Education. She is married with three children and one grandchild.…continue reading »

WELCOME Sabine Brandt - newly licensed Elemental Leader! Susan Brandt, DIP LC, specializes in helping clients to align their careers and businesses with their God-given purpose in order to experience greater success, happiness and prosperity. Sabine received her coach training and certification from the International Institute of Coaching, UK. She has attended post-graduation coach training from Ken Blanchard Companies, Cornell University and the Coach Training Alliance. In addition to her coaching credentials, Sabine holds a degree in International Business as well as a diploma in Executive Leadership. She has received PM, QA and coaching certifications from Brainbench and is a Six Sigma green belt. Since leaving her native Germany in 1994 to pursue a life in the United States, Sabine has gone from working as a temporary administrative assistant and making less than $18k in her first US job, to building a highly successful corporate career and business with a multiple six-figure income. In addition to working with individual clients, Sabine provides project management and quality assurance consulting for organizations that desire to run highly successful projects and improve their operational processes Sabine enjoys living in MN with her husband, blended family of 3 teenage daughters and a variety of pets. WELCOME Kirsti Haverdink - new PATH LEADER! Kirsti is on a mission to stir-up, inspire and speak encouragement in herself and others. She is passionate about helping people discover and excel in their God given gifts and talents. Receiving a BA in Communications from Hope College in Holland Michigan, she met her husband Mike and worked as a youth pastor until their first child was born. The last two decades have been dedicated to pouring her life and resources into raising up the next generation to love and believe God. Kirsti loves coffee and deep meaningful conversation with friends, traveling anywhere, a house full of people, running mixed with some P90X, and absolutely anything that involves spending time with her husband and kids. Harold Tinoco-Giraldo is a Coach, Facilitator and Mentor. He has a background in International Marketing, a MA in Direction and Management of people and also he is a Feng Shui Consultant and UK importer. He is active doing a variety of civic and cultural programs for a Charity including Mentoring and Facilitation. Doing the 4ESTraining, can help him to develop a connection between all his academic and practical training and encouraging him to explore and discover his talents and his personal passion. As a member of the Path Community Tracy has joined ranks with global visionaries devoted to changing the world one mission at time. Tracy's life mission is to inspire, impart, and awaken Truth in the lives of others. Her greatest joy is helping clients overcome obstacles (self made or other wise), access the power of choice, move into action, and make the changes required to experience the life they desire most. For the past fifteen-years Tracy has built a strong foundation of assisting others to create change and overcome physical and mental limitations as an orthopedic physical therapist. Her capacity to facilitate massive, far-reaching action resulting in significant widespread change is demonstrated not only as a clinician but also as a director of several multidisciplinary health facilities. Her leadership style promotes organizational transformation, efficient operating systems, effective inter-office communication and team work. More recently, Tracy has made the choice to expand her own vision by developing an executive and personal coaching business. She believes her foundation as a physical therapist and business director combined with the Laurie Beth Jones' Path Coach and Leadership training will enable her to successfully live her mission and serve others at her highest capacity.
