“. . . this upbeat, friendly, good-humored author . . . helps individuals and organizations master what she calls The Omega Principles about life and leadership. . . based on the teachings of Jesus Christ.”
“. . .It seemed natural for IW’s On the Edge series to include this woman who feels that it is not at all unnatural to bring the teachings of Jesus into the boardroom or the workplace.”

“ . . . The book, which could almost be dubbed Mission Statement: Possible, takes the reader through the process of imagining and defining a life vision. Exercises and worksheets serve the function of Dante’s Virgil, guiding the reader toward a mission statement, a one-sentence affirmation of identity that maps out the future.
“
‘I can skip this,’ you may be thinking. ‘I got through this many years without a mission statement.” But the charm of The Path is that you’ll wonder how. Its author, Laurie Beth Jones, sprinkles the narrative with enough humor and personal detail that it’s easy to be swept along . . . it’s the blend of the fabulous and the personal that makes The Path so inspirational.”

A key word in ‘new age’ thinking. “If you don’t like the word visualization, throw it out,” says Jones. “But I say the Bible is full of pictures. Jesus taught in pictures. So people who get caught up in little vocabulary words are missing the whole point. But that was His (Jesus’) frustration too,”

Pat Williams, general manager of the Orlando Magic, “ . . .What she really did was open your eyes to the Scriptures and how you can use it in your daily business life. . . .She shows that Jesus managed with a compassion and sensitivity to people and that has real application and is sound advice.”
