  • YOU MAY ONLY PURCHASE 1 PEP AT A TIME. Once you complete the online assessment you will immediately be able to print a 13 page report that is packed full of details about you. After you have read your report come back here to the site and give us your comments. We would love to hear from you and get your perspective as well. Have fun! The Elements are engineered for it!

    Instructions:

    • YOU MAY ONLY PURCHASE 1 PEP AT A TIME. Enter the email address of the individual who will be taking the online assessment and add the item to your shopping cart. Although any number of books and downloads can be purchased along with your PEP assessment, you can only add one PEP related product to your shopping cart per transaction. 
    • After the order has been processed you will be asked to continue registration for the PEP program. If you ordered a package containing two PEPs, you will have to register for each person taking the assessment.
    • If your registration is successful you will be given a username/password which you can use to immediately take the assessment.
    • To login to take the assessment you must go to www.lauriebethjones.com/pep - the URL will be in the emailed instructions.
    • The username/password will also be emailed to the address provided.
    • The assessment takes 15 minutes to complete and scores automatically. You can view the results immediately and print the thirteen page, comprehensive report multiple times.

      The Four Elements system has become a cornerstone in our training program. The success of the program really surrounds the fact that it is simple and memorable. Our team members have been able to learn personalities in such a way that we will hear them say, “Oh, you Earthy guy,” or “My, you are Windy today.” Those simple statements are more like codes to signal folks that they are being too factual or too goofy. That code opens a world of understanding for us as well as an opportunity to express ourselves respectfully.
