IMPACT

Writing

To the Writer in You…

One of the biggest obstacles to getting your thoughts, ideas, and feelings onto a page is the noise that shouts

“Who cares? Nobody wants to read this.”

I have had to wrestle with this noise in each of my fourteen books, sometimes every single page at a time. Yet I was clear that I was a messenger on a mission, no matter who cared. I knew someone did. And so I kept going.

I coined the phrase IMPACT writing because this is what I want to be about … and what I believe you want to be about. You want your words to matter. And they do. But if they stay swirling as myriad thoughts and what if’s, no one will receive the benefit of the message that lies within you. That lies within ONLY you. For no one else can tell your story.

Make What’s Beautiful the Story is what each of us desires to bring forth from our own personal experiences. Your book, message or vision is a thread of beauty waiting to be released. An Impact Writing Weekend is the beginning of telling and writing your story.

I look forward to hearing your story.
